In the training you enrich yourself with ideas on coping with crisis to thrive despite the challenges. 

You will learn about the anatomy of crisis, the role of planning in crisis management, developing a courageous mindset to tackle the tough situation and how to take positive actions. 

Methodology

It will be an interactive training with real life examples. We will construct a framework which the participants can use for themselves to hopefully manage and thrive in the changing times.
